Just when you thought you had to shell out another $40+ for a wear-once Halloween costume... Here's some great news for ya! East Lake Community Library and Palm Harbor Library are hosting a Costume Swap now through 10/30. Just take the 'old'/gently used costume to the library and trade it for another. And if you don't have one to trade, just make a $5 donation for the costume. All proceeds will go to purchasing costumes for next year's swap and other children's programs.
Check early and check often as costumes changes daily as you can imagine.
